Returns and Exchanges

AromacologyOnline wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, if products were delivered in error, we will gladly exchange your online purchase within 7 working days from date of purchase as long as the items are still sealed and in saleable condition.

Returning online purchases

To return items purchased online, fill out our Product Returns form and then send the items and your return receipt to the address listed below. If you are returning an item that did not match your actual order, you will not be charged for the reshipment of the item to you. If you exchange an item(s) for a different item(s), you will be charged a new shipping fee to your original method of payment based on the value of the new items. Credits will be issued in the original payment method, excluding any applicable shipping charges.

We recommend that you request a tracking number and delivery confirmation from your courier provider to ensure the proper delivery of your return. We cannot issue refunds for lost and unconfirmed return shipments.
